Hopefully most will know that local Clubs, ARAC and the NZFWDA have been fighting the closure of a Paper Road down in Upper Hutt - Well, We won the case. This has tremendous ramifications for all recreational users throughout the Country - this is truly a magnificent decision that will make Councils think twice about closing any Paper Roads. All the more magnificent, was that this Road has never actually been formed - a true Paper Road. Read the actual decision.
